Who runs this shop
Varun Kothari, trading as Solborne. Contact varun@getsolborne.com about privacy or your order.
Free downloads
Lite downloads without an email address or account. Hosting infrastructure processes request information to serve and protect the site. Downloading a workbook does not upload your bookkeeping records to this storefront.
Paid checkout and order records
When enabled, Razorpay handles the payment window. Its own privacy terms apply to payment information you provide there. This storefront does not receive or store card numbers.
The shop keeps order and payment references, product, amount, currency, status and verification timestamps to provide downloads, handle refunds and resolve support requests.
The checkout cookie
When paid checkout is enabled, a necessary cookie associates an order and download access with this browser. It renews during checkout or order recovery and expires after 30 days of inactivity. Save a local copy of your download. Clearing site data or using another browser can prevent self-service recovery. Contact support with your order or payment reference if that happens.
Your workbook and support messages
You choose where to save the XLSX file. If you upload or share it through a cloud service, that service’s storage and sharing settings apply. If you email support, the information you choose to send is used to address your request. Avoid sending card details, passwords or unnecessary financial records.
Analytics, marketing and requests
This storefront includes no analytics trackers, advertising pixels, newsletter signup or marketing opt-in. For access, correction or deletion requests concerning an order or support record, contact support. Some records may need to be retained for transaction or legal obligations; any applicable limitation will be explained.
