Help us understand the issue
For a paid order, include the order or payment reference. For a workbook issue, name the spreadsheet app and version, the sheet involved and what you expected to happen. A small example with invented data is usually enough; do not send passwords, card details or unnecessary client or financial records.
Recover a paid download
Open checkout and order recovery in the same browser you used to pay, with its site data intact. Choose “Check payment status” to get a fresh download link if the server confirms your payment. If you have cleared browser data or switched devices, email support with the payment reference.
